Frequently asked questions

Who is this built for?

RegRadar is positioned for EU payments and adjacent financial-services teams that need fast deployment, structured review, and controlled handoff without buying a heavyweight global control suite.

How is access managed?

The standard production path is Supabase-backed external auth with server-side RBAC in the app. Identity emails stay in the auth layer and are routed through Brevo SMTP.

Can teams self-host or deploy privately?

Yes. Enterprise covers private deployment and stricter procurement or residency constraints. The managed default remains the fastest path for paid pilots and annual workspaces.

Does every digest auto-send?

No. The workflow remains review-first. Teams/webhook handoff and digest delivery happen after operator review, not as blind auto-broadcast.

Why not per-user pricing?

The product is sold as a workspace because the value is the review workflow and operating cadence, not seat-count inflation. That keeps broad rollout easier inside lean regulated teams.

Start With A Paid Pilot

Scope a regulatory workflow with the team.

The commercial path is deliberate: one topic, one team, one review cadence, then annual expansion once the workflow is proven.
