Operator and scope
RegRadar is operated by Air Consulting Services. TokenShift is currently used as the commercial endorsement brand for the service. This notice applies to the public website, paid pilot inquiries, invited operator access, and customer use of the RegRadar product surface.

Data categories
RegRadar may process account metadata, monitored source settings, delivery recipients configured by the customer, generated summaries, delivery history, and audit logs required to operate the service securely.
Purpose and role allocation
We use this data to provision access, monitor regulatory sources, generate and deliver digests, secure the service, respond to support requests, and maintain auditability. When a customer uploads or configures operational data in RegRadar, that customer remains responsible for the business use and interpretation of the resulting outputs.
Processors, retention, and security
RegRadar relies on infrastructure, messaging, and observability providers needed to run the service. Data is retained for the duration required to operate the agreed service, meet legal obligations, and maintain reasonable security logs and backups. Access is restricted to authorized operators, public forms are protected against abuse, and production environments are expected to use managed credentials, encrypted transport, and controlled deployment workflows.
What RegRadar does not do
RegRadar is designed as an operational intelligence layer. It is not intended to resell customer data or monetize personal data as an advertising product.
