Service scope
RegRadar provides regulatory monitoring, summarization, delivery, and operator workflow support. The service is operated by Air Consulting Services, with TokenShift used as the endorsement brand on public-facing surfaces. RegRadar does not replace legal review, regulatory interpretation, or formal compliance sign-off.
Account and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for the users they authorize, the sources they configure, the recipients they register, and the way they use the outputs generated by the service. Users may not abuse the platform, interfere with its security, or attempt to access data that is not assigned to them.
Commercial terms and IP
Pricing, commitments, onboarding scope, and service levels are governed by the applicable commercial proposal, order form, or contract. RegRadar and its underlying software, workflows, and documentation remain the property of Air Consulting Services or its licensors, while customer data remains under the customer's responsibility.
Availability, liability, and change
Deployment topology, integrations, and feature coverage may evolve over time. The operator may perform maintenance, security updates, and service changes when reasonably necessary. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis, and users remain responsible for validating regulatory interpretations, delivery policies, and the final use of generated summaries or recommended actions.
